Scrum Master's Super Power of Observation in Virtual Teams
    Wednesday, June 16th, 2021: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Scrum masters rely on observational skills, but does that mean we only use vision? What happens when we are all remote? Can we leverage other senses to 'observe' how teams are surviving (or thriving)? We may not be able to sit together with our team for a long time and it may never be the same due to the long term effects of the coronavirus. What skills might we adapt or create for virtual teams? And, how can we still reflect back the observations so the team can decide how to improve?

Fear Not: What to Do When the World of Work is Scary
      Wednesday, June 16th, 2021: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Fear Not: What to Do When the World of Work is Scary - The world of work can be a scary place. From facing the status quo perils to changing the ways we work, to being engulfed by volatility, we often have good reasons to be afraid. And, negative emotions often breed other negative emotions. What if we could muster up the courage to face our fears head on? What if we logically evaluated inaction? What could open up? What would be possible? Who would we be? What would we accomplish?

In this workshop, we learn a healthier way to cope with our workplace fears: by tackling them first, before we do anything else.

Join us for this preview presentation of Laisa's workshop that will be part of this year's annual Agile 2021 conference.

Join us for a five-episode webinar series discussing Ernesto Custodio's PhD research on Distributed Agile Teams. We have collected the most effective solutions, the TREAT, that teams are using to address these problems and will be sharing them in this webinar series.

Each month we will explore each agile-related challenge and their respective solutions for Distributed Agile Team implementation.
