Are you thriving in this new world of remote work? Do you feel like you need to know more about working effectively remotely? Never fear! We have experts who will help you to be effective at working remotely in three contexts: people, process and technology.

This 3-track workshop will address how individuals and organizations can successfully adapt to the new reality of remote work and remote teams. You have the flexibility to attend as many 45-minute sessions as you like. As we all know, this virus has changed how we live and function in the short term and the long term. The level of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) in our business environments is at a record high and maintaining the status quo is no longer an option. The world will not be the same for quite some time and we need to develop new skills and techniques to be effective remotely (i.e. to survive and thrive) in this brave new world. You have to be virtual in a VUCA world.
